I enjoy shopping at rack room shoes there is always deals, and I can find amazing boots around the winter season. The staff is very friendly and always asking me if I need help. And everyone leaving bad reviews either woke up in the wrong side of the bed that day or they are rude to the employees.

I love shopping at Rack Room. Every single time I go in, the employees greet customers as soon as they walk in the doors and they tell us the specials. I’ve had several employees approach me and ask if I need any help. One day, they did not have the shoes I wanted in my size and they told me not to worry. That they would order them and ship them to me. The employees at Rack Room shoes are nice and are dedicated in helping people. I definitely recommend this store to other people. You can’t beat great staff and great products.

The employees were helpful and the floors are clean. Important when walking around in your socks or bare feet. Had some good sales and the cashier was very polite and respectful. I'll be back had a great experience.

They have a great variety of options. The prices are very reasonable. The store is very clean and well stocked. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They keep the front door open and request everyone where mask, but not a requirement. Staff are wearing masking and constantly cleaning.

A guy and a girl staff, both very pleasant. I was in a pinch for time and the guy was so helpful. I told him what I was there to buy and he was on it....helped me find what I needed. Then as I was trying on one pair and found it too small, he asked if I wanted the next size up, I said yes, and before I had the ones too small off he was there and dropped off the box for the next size up, and again disappeared. But I knew he was close by because when I said I needed a half size more, I heard him speak to me and again, he dropped the next box off at my feet before I got the others off, was disappeared again. He didn't stand over me while I was trying them on, which was great! The third pair I tried was a charm and I was at the checkout & leaving in literally 16 minutes from when I first came in! I got the shoes I needed, left & was on time for my appointment and could not have done it without his excellent help! He was professional, quick to meet the need at the moment, and pleasant in his attitude. He never made me feel like I was a bother to him. He could not have done any better. Excellent service the owner would be proud of, so seriously, give him a raise please. Thank you

I went to shop at this Dalton, Ga store in the month of March to take opportunity and use a $10 off birthday coupon. Bought shoes for my son, well I came here again to buy another pair for my son. He is in 4th grade and very active with a soccer ball and goes through shoes like nothing. This time I accumulated $15 off on rewards. Bought a pair at the store for him and ordered another pair for me. I was told to wait for 7 to 10 business day for my shipment to arrive home. The order was placed on 05/28/2024 at 2:06 pm. I received the pair on 05/29/2024 at 11:50 am. Both shopping days were a success. Store is organized and clean, shipping was on point. Product has been good, bought Adidas and Puma. Customer service was not rude when I asked abought the pair of shoes I wanted. I was offered to order the pair online. What could have been better for this store on both trips? Customer service attention, on both occasions it was a self-serve for me and other customers. Prices were about the same at other stores. What made the difference was the BOGO 50% off, Rack Room $15 reward, and a coupon for $20 OFF on $99.
